"According to the Mainstream legislative guide for this session, the
deadline for bill introductions was Feb. 13 and I have searched the
legislative website since, and found no reference to sexual orientation or
homosexuality. It may be too late to introduce the bill, then. Turnaround day
is Feb 28 (deadline for consideration of a bill in the house of origin). 
  More likely there will be an amendment to some convention bill for state
education funding that has already passed in one house (probably the Senate)."
